General:
– For mon-grades: Minimum 70 training hours.
– For kyu-grades: Minimum 50 training hours since last graduation.
– Knowledge to: Article 4: Personal demands, Art 8: Official referee signs, Art 15: The start of the battle, in the international rules of combat.
– Competition experience.
– All exercises to both sides and in free motion. Exits from holds.
