What is triatlon?

Triathlon is a multisport consisting of swimming, cycling and running in one competition. Usually, this is also the order in which it is competed. The most common competitions lasts from about one hour up to 15 hours in the more extreme cases.

How intense and difficult are your practices?

Everyone can participate at our practices. We adjust the tempo or spilt into different groups based on the experience of the participants. We bike ca. 40km during the bike trips outside (summertime), but we adjust the length if needed.

Do you have to try out to join the group?

No. NTNUi triathlon is open for everyone.

Do you have to show up at every practice?

No. Participation is optional. Come at the practices you want to!

Is it possible to come at a practice before joining the group?

Yes. Just meet up at any one of the practices.

Do you have a coach?

We have no hired coach, but one of our members leads the workout and makes the program.
