Planlegger du en privat tur, men mangler utstyr? Fortvil ikke, vi har masse forskjellig utstyr til leie!
Lengre ned på denne siden finner du en fullverdig oversikt over hvilket utstyr vi har til leie, hvor mye vi har, og prisliste.
Hvis du planlegger å arrangere en tur med Ski og Fjellsport og trenger å låne utstyr, finner du oversikt over hvordan det gjøres i folderen “New trip coordinator lounge”.
Hvis trenger å leie utstyr til en privat tur, gjøres følgende:
- Ta en titt på utstyrslista nederst på denne siden for å bestemme hvilket utstyr du ønsker å leie.
- Send en mail til utstyrsansvarlig tuva.vatland@ntnui.no , og fortell hvilket utstyr du trenger og når. Du vil da få tilbakemelding om utstyret er tilgjengelig på ønsket dato.
- Utleie av utstyr er hovedsakelig tenkt til folk som planlegger lengre turer, f.eks. over en ferie. Vi kan likevel være tilgjengelig for utleie for kortere perioder enn dette, som en helg.
- NB: Utleie til private turer skjer med forbehold om at turer arrangert av NTNUI Ski og Fjellsport har førsteprioritet, og dersom de trenger utstyret, så kan avtalen endres frem til 5 dager før turstart. Dersom utstyr trengs til en privat tur som arrangeres av frivillige i Ski og Fjellsport, kan avtalen endres frem til en måned før turstart.

Are you planning a trip, but you are lacking gear? Fear not, we have tons that you can rent for your trip!

If you are organizing a trip with Ski og Fjellsport and need to borrow gear, you can find an overview on how to do it in the folder “New trip coordinator lounge”.
If you are planning a private trip and need to rent any gear, here is what you need to do:
- Have a look at our equipment overview, which you can find further down on this site. Then you can decide what you want to rent.
- Send an email to the equipment responsible, tuva.vatland@ntnui.no and tell them about your trip. We will need to know what gear you need, and when you need it. Then you will get to know if the gear is available for that time period.
- It will mainly be available to people planning longer trips over a holiday, but we can consider it if you are planning a trip other than a holiday.
- Note: We will have to prioritize our own trips, and our wonderful volunteers in the board and the equipment group. If you are planning a trip during a weekend, we will have to reserve the right to cancel at latest 5 days before, if someone organize a trip open to all members. All reservations can be canceled at latest a month before if one of the mentioned volunteers wants to borrow the equipment over the same period. We will of course try to avoid cancelations if possible.
