Intervals
Meet up outside Trondheim spektrum. We will split up into groups for long-distance, middle-distance and sprints. The groups are warming up before running the intervals.

Easy jog
This is the most popular session of the week! We run for a bit less than an hour outdoors at a slow pace. This is a good session for beginners, but also a good easy-run for experienced runners. We split up in four groups, running 6 km, 8 km, 10 km and 12 km. Meet up at the lawn on the opposite side of the road for Idrettsbygget Gløshaugen. We are having some groups inside in Ranheimshallen and some groups outside at Trondheim Stadion. Trondheim Spektrum (outdoors) at 18:30: - Long: 10x 800m - Middle: 10x 400m Ranheimshallen (indoors) 18:45: Warmup jog outside before going in at 19:00. - Middle: 10x 400m - Short: 2x5x 60m, 5x 150m If you are going to Ranheimshallen, you need to sign up in advance!
