Meet up outside Idrettsbygget Gløshaugen and we will split up into different groups. You can choose between short and long. Long group usually runs a hill from the bottom to the top and short group runs a smaller part of the same hill. We are warming up with jogging and maybe some stair exercises before we run to the hill and start the intervals. Then we will run 2x 4x the hill in front of the main building or if it's too slippery we'll run the Rema hill instead. You can choose between short and long.
