Hill intervals

NTNUI Friidrett har bakkeintervaller

Meet up in front of the main building at Gløshaugen. We are often jogging and doing some stair exercises before we find a hill and do the intervals. Examples of hills we run are the hill in front of the main building, Brattbakken, Blusuvollsbakken and Sykkelheisbakken. We split into two groups: one group that runs a hill from the bottom to the top and another group that runs a smaller part of the same hill. Typically, we run 2 x 5 times.

In these turbulent days where the corona restrictions are changing from week to week the training sessions may suddenly be canceled or we may want you to sign up in advance. Sometimes we might not be able to update the website with this information. Our Facebook group, however, should be updated. Join the group or send us an email to get the latest information.
