From Monday 9th we’ll start with our usual training schedule. Which is as follows:
Monday 18.30: Easy jog
Meet-up outside of the main building at Gløshaugen
Wednesday 18.30: Intervals
Meet-up outside of Trondheim Spektrum
Friday 16:30: Hill Intervals
Meet-up outside of the main building at Gløshaugen
