Hill intervals

NTNUI Friidrett har bakkeintervaller

Meet up outside Idrettsbygget Gløshaugen and we will split up into different groups. This Friday, we will do some drills in the stairs behind Realfagsbygget. Then we will run 2x 4x the hill in front of the main building or if it’s too slippery we’ll run the Rema hill instead. You can choose between short and long. Long group runs from the bottom to the top and short group runs from the bottom and halfway up.
