Registrations are handled manually, but we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

If there is an available spot, you will receive a confirmation mail with payment info.

If not, you will be put on a waiting list and will be updated later if a spot becomes available.

Full pass

Full pass holders will be able to participate in solo and couples classes, parties with live music (Friday and Saturday), as well as the Sunday Tea-Dance.

We will also offer a shared potluck style dinner on Saturday.

  • Full pass (classes & parties), NTNUI Dans members: 800 NOK (~75 EUR)
  • Full pass (classes & parties), non-members: 1200 NOK (~110 EUR)

Party pass (possibly available later)

The Party Pass provides access to our evening parties with live music on Friday and Saturday and the Tea-Dance on Sunday.

Party passes will only be sold if there is capacity at our venue, which will be determined at a later date.

Accommodation

  • Overnight stay in shared bedroom in cabin (Fri-Sun): 500 NOK
  • Overnight stay in “sovesal” (Fri-Sun): 300 NOK (only available if the bedrooms sell out)

Cancellation policy

We cannot refund tickets you have bought and paid for. However, if you cannot attend the event after having bought a ticket, you can contact us, and we will help you either find someone on the waiting list or post about it on our social media.

Volunteering

Our cozy weekend event would not be a success without the help of volunteers who help make things run smoothly. Please consider volunteering for some tasks while registering.
