Information regarding the groups tasks on a organized trip , and your responsibility as a participant at these trips:

NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring is a student organized sports club created for students who interests in ski touring and friskiing. The student organized sports club facilitates and organizes trips, activities and gatherings during the fall, vinter and spring for students, where the main activity is ski touring and friskiing. NTNUI Topptur og frikjøring is the facilitator and organisator for all of these events.

NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring´s tasks is to facilitate transport and a place to sleep, as well as to coordinate dinner for the participants. It is not under any circumstance NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring´s responsibility to be tour guides at these trips. Every participant is alone responsible for planning and carry out their own tour, in a satisfying manner.  To be able to participate, you agree to this.

Declare with this that I of my own free will participate in a tour / collection / arrangement with NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring

I hereby declare to hold the skills and knowledge necessary to perform the above activities in a satisfactory and reassuring manner. Also, I understand that I am aware of any responsibility and any risk of loss or damage that I may be exposed to as a result of the activities, whether this is personal injury or property damage. I understand the significance of the risks that arise from the activities, and the potential damage that follows. I confirm that I am not affected by alcohol or any other drugs.

I am aware that NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring has no liability insurance or accident insurance. I know therefore that I’m not insured through NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring if an accident occurs as a result of situations I myself owe.

In the event that my family or others would be liable to NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring or any other due to damage caused by signatory or my assets, I agree that the signatory is responsible for any liability against NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring.

At the same time, I hereby waive the right to seek compensation and / or regression of NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring, or any person or business NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring is responsible for, unless the damage or loss for which compensation or regression is sought for, is due to gross negligence or wilful from NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring or NTNUI Topptur og Frikjøring is the answer for its part. Compensation for such gross negligent or intentional error or negligence must in any case be limited to the amount of direct loss that is a little.
