NTNUI Friidrett – Rules for Receiving Race Refunds
General Requirements
- Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted before the end of the semester:
• Spring semester: April 15
• Autumn semester: November 30
All races for the season must be included in a single refund request. - Submission Platform: Submit refund requests through https://hub.ntnui.no/Refund
Do as illustrated in the screenshot, and clearly organize documents so it’s easy to see
which race each document belongs to. - Eligible Clothing: You must have worn a top with NTNUI’s classic yellow and black
stripes and a visible NTNUI logo, either bought or borrowed from NTNUI Friidrett. - Club Affiliation:
o You must not have participated for any other club than NTNUI during the
current year.
o The club name must be marked as “NTNUI” in the results. - Membership:
o You must be an active member of NTNUI or NTNUI Friidrett, or a previous
active member/veteran.
o Proof of Eligibility: It is your responsibility to prove your right to a refund. Otherwise,
no refund will be issued.
Refund Coverage - Refunds cover the cheapest possible registration fee for the event. Additional costs
(e.g., one-time licenses) are not covered unless claimed separately. - Refund Rates:
• 100% of the registration fee if the race costs up to 200 NOK
• 80% of the registration fee if the race costs more than 200 NOK - Maximum Refund:
• The maximum refund per athlete per calendar year is 3000 NOK
• It is possible to apply for redistribution if exceeding the limit
Attachments – Required Documentation
• Receipt/invoice
• Result list (with your name/results clearly marked)
Special Notes
• Refunds are not issued for participation in NTNUI’s own events (e.g.,
Fjellsæterløpet).
• If the one-time license (“engangslisens”) is included in the race fee and you hold a yearly license, you may apply for a separate refund via the link provided on this
website:
Misuse and Violations
• Any misuse of the refund scheme or unacceptable behavior in relation to
Norwegian law or Norsk Friidrett’s rules may result in temporary or permanent loss
of refund rights.
• Athletes who deliver a positive doping test will lose their right to refunds
permanently.

Some organizers have decided to integrate “engangslisens” (One-time license) in the entry fee for their events. For athletes with a yearly license, and wants to get the one-time license refunded, you can apply for it with the following link: (in Norwegian)
