We in the board are responsible for the day-to-day running of the group. We work behind the scenes with administrative work, so that the coaches can focus on holding good practices and preparing their teams for competitions.
As a board member, we are all responsible for:
- To have an overview of the laws and regulations that the group must follow
- Keeping an eye on safety during practice
- Be a good role model
- If you have any criticism or praise for the board about our work, practices, or other issues you want us to address at the next board meeting. You can of course be anonymous.
