Practice times

These will be the official training times for the NTNUI Cheerleading season 2026/2027. All the training sessions are in “Flerbrukshall” at Sit Øya/Helgasetr.

NTNUI ORION  For newcomers

Monday 17:30 – 19:30

NTNUI COSMOS – For those with some experience

Monday 17:30 – 19:30

Wednesday 20:00 – 22:00

NTNUI TITANS – For those with experience

Tuesday 18:30 – 20:30

Thursday 18:30 – 20:30

Additional practice hours

These are training times for all our members, who can be used for team training, gymnastics training, GS, PS etc. These are not organized by coaches.

Friday 16:00-17:00

aktivHverdag, Sit Gløshaugen

Our athletes are instructing a Sit group session called GetFlexy. It consists of an hour of both dynamic and static stretching and is open to all students. 

The session is at Sal 4 and can NOT be used for stunting.

Saturday 08:00-10:00

Voluntary practice, Sit Gløshaugen

Up to 2 stunt groups can practice alongside them. Make arrangements for practicing on Spond.

The session is at Sal 4.

Saturday 14:00-15:00

Our athletes are instructing a Sit group session called stretch. It consists of an hour of both dynamic and static stretching and is open to all students. 

The session is at Sal 4 and can NOT be used for stunting.

Booking more gym time?

All members of Sit can book free gym time. We have 2 small mats that are appropriate for GS and PS at Sit Gløshaugen with room for 2 stuntgroups. At Sit Øya we have one large floor that is reserved for team practicing, but we also have 6 short mats with room for 6 stuntgroups. 

Suitable gyms at Sit Gløs: Sal 4 and Idrettshallen.

Suitable gyms at Sit Øya: Flerbrukshallen, hallflate 1 and 2.
