Elite
The men’s elite team has four training sessions per week, in addition to strength training and video analysis. 1st Division
The men’s 1st division team has three training sessions per week, along with strength and video analysis. They compete at the national level and the team is suited for players with high ambitions who are not quite ready to take the step up to the elite team. Players at this level are expected to prioritize both training and matches.
2nd Division – 3 Teams
Across three teams in the 2nd division, there is a good mix of players. H2A consists of players aiming to challenge the 1st division players for a spot in the future. H2B and H2C are for players with previous volleyball experience who prefer a less serious training environment.
3rd Division – 4 Teams
The 3rd division is for players with less experience or those who only want two training sessions per week. The top teams in the 3rd division mostly consist of experienced players, while the lower teams include many who are relatively new to volleyball. It’s a great opportunity to start playing volleyball in Trondheim and work your way up if you want to.
4th Division – 2 Teams
This season, a 4th division will be established in Trøndelag. It will consist of players who are relatively new to volleyball and offers balanced competition within the division along with good opportunities for development.
Hobby Team
The hobby team is for those who have never played volleyball before. They have one training session per week and do not participate in league matches, but they take part in everything else happening in the club — such as the Christmas party, training camp, summer events, and team socials.
