Welcome to NTNUI Volleyball!

We are Norway´s biggest volleyball club with around 350 members divided among 20 teams of different levels. We have teams from beginner to elite, so there is something for everyone!

Tryouts:

The tryouts will be held at Dragvoll, and will be held in week 33 and 34.

The tryouts will be arranged as a normal practice, where the coaches will observe and choose players for their team. The tryouts are held so the teams will be filled with players with a similar level.

The registration for the tryouts will open during summer. It will be posted at our social medias, as well as our website. The registration form will mostly be used by the coaches to know a little about the kind of player you are.

The tryouts will work as follows; the top teams will choose their players first. Once the top team is filled up, the next team picks out their players, and so on. The first 3 days is for the elite- and 1. division teams. Then the 2. division is choosen, then 3. division and 4. division. If you get choosen for a team, you will know it either during or immediatly after the tryout that day. If you don’t get picked, come back the next day for a new chance.

Expenses

If you play volleyball at NTNUI, there will be some expenses. Here is an overview of the expenses for the different teams:

Expenses for 4th division will be around the same as 3rd division.

There will also be some additional optional expenses during the season that will cover stuff like volleyball camp, christmasparty and NTNUI-merch.
