Program

Wednesday, November 1st:

We invite all men to join us for a shave at the NTNUI Clubhouse. This marks the kickoff of the Charity Weekend! We will provide disposable razors for those who want them, but if you have preferences, I recommend bringing your own. Come by at 6:00 PM! All women are, of course, welcome to cheer on everyone participating in Movember.

If you want to get some exercise after a long day at school, you can also head down to the track at Øya for a run with Track and Field!

Thursday, November 2nd:

On Thursday, E-sports will have a charity weekend stream from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Arkaden! Watch the stream here!

We also invite you to a blue evening at Heidis, where the entrance fees will go to charity. You can come by at 10:00 PM, and feel free to bring your friends, roommates, significant other, or even mom and dad! Everyone is welcome!

Friday, November 3rd:

On Friday, we’re organizing a session for making “fuck cancer” bracelets. This will happen at Smia (on Gløshaugen) from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Drop by, take a break from school or maybe an early start to the weekend, and join us for a pleasant activity!

Later on Friday, Volleyball invites you to an elite series match at Dragvoll, where TV2 will also be present to film! This is something you won’t want to miss – so come and cheer on NTNUI for victory.

Saturday, November 4th:

The weekend has arrived, and it’s time for the first dance courses at Dans. On Saturday, you can sign up for Girly Beginner, Girly Advanced, and Hip Hop. A golden opportunity to join some of the most sought-after dance courses in Trondheim!

Volleyball also continues with games, and on Saturday, there’s an internal match in the 2nd division for women starting at 11:00 AM. Drop by and watch NTNUI secure the win.

We will also have a speaker from Antidoping Norge, who will provide us with essential knowledge on anti-doping-related topics such as regulations, consequences, the prohibited substance list, doping control, medication usage, and dietary supplements. This will be very exciting and completely free to attend. The lecture will take place at 12:00 PM in EL4 (at Gløshaugen).

Sunday, November 5th:

The dance courses continue on Sunday, with the option to sign up for Samba, Female Dancehall, and Hoop. Exciting and diverse courses where spots are filling up quickly!

On Sunday, Blits will also organize a Photography Course, where you’ll learn more about cameras and get to practice your newfound knowledge. This is a rare opportunity not to be missed!

The very last event of the Charity Weekend will be the gala dinner at Ringve Music Museum. This will be the grand finale, and there’s still a chance to secure a ticket! You can do so here. Delicious food will be served, and there will be some fantastic auction items up for bidding!
