We have six women teams and four men teams. The women teams are named D1, D2, D3, D4, B1 and B2, and the men teams are named H1, H2, H3, H4. The teams have different ambitions, but everyone focus on having fun. D1, D2, H1 and H2 are the teams which are looking to rise a division. The rest of the teams want to do their best and also establish individual goals for the team. B1, B2 and H4 are the ones who shall focus mostly on having fun, but of course they also wants to win.

The teams play in the 2.-5. division. In Norway the division system is from the toughest to the lightest: Elite-1.-2.-3…5. The matches are in and around Trondheim but you might have to travel longer for some of the games. There is a match every week, usually on weekends.
