Question: I want to cancel my reservation. How can I do that?

Answer: Contact us on FB, telling us your order number. We will then cancel your order for you.
Avoid last minute cancellations. This keeps others from lending the equipment and since we can’t guarantee that we see your message on time, you risk getting a strike for not picking up your order.

Question: When do I get a strike and what happens when I get a strike?

Answer: You get a strike when you don’t show up for a pick up or a return on time.
When you get three strikes, you are then banned from the system and you cannot rent equipment anymore.

Question: I can’t pick up equipment myself. Can someone else pick up my order?

Answer: Yes, that is possible. Please tell us in a message on Facebook who will pick up your order and ask the person coming on your behalf to tell the order number at the counter and show their ID.

Question: Can I rent for more than 8 days?

Answer: We limit the rental period because we want most people to have the possibility to rent from us. Although, there are exceptions, if you have a good reason. For example, a longer trip outside of Trondheim. In that case, please explain the situation in a message to us on Facebook, so we can figure out a longer rental period.

Question: Do you have sleeping bags?

Answer: Due to hygienic reasons we don’t rent out sleeping bags.

Question: Do you have “xyz” for rent?

Answer: Everything that is available for rent can be found in the website in the equipment section. If you can’t find it there, we unfortunately don’t have it. In case you think we’re lacking some equipment; we are always open for suggestions.
