Deputy Leader
The deputy leader is the leader’s right hand and a key supporter in the daily operations of the club, working closely together. The deputy leader also acts as the leader’s substitute when the leader is absent, taking over the responsibility of leading the club and representing it in various contexts.

Treasurer
The treasurer has the overall responsibility for managing our finances. The treasurer ensures that everything runs smoothly in the day-to-day financial operations, by keeping our accounts and managing the club’s bank account.

Tournament Responsible
The tournament coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the club’s participation in external tournaments. This includes posting information about tournaments, organizing teams for team series, and arranging transportation.

The event responsible organizes all events hosted by the club. This includes tournaments such as NTNUI Open.

Sports Responsible / Paracontact
The sports responsible ensures that the training sessions run smoothly and that the club’s teams have coaches.

Equipment Responsible
The equipment manager is responsible for the club’s equipment and supplies, such as shuttlecocks and jerseys, as well as ordering necessary equipment. They are also responsible for handling orders from club members.

Social Responsible
The social responsible is responsible for planning social events and working to strengthen the club’s community. Throughout the year, events such as welcome parties, racket parties, team parties, and the May 17th breakfast are organized.

The sponsorship and volunteer coordinator is responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship agreements and organizing volunteer activities.

The information responsible is responsible for maintaining the club’s website and online store, ensuring that the information on these platforms is up to date.

Board members are the board’s “jack-of-all-trades” and assist with various tasks wherever needed.
