All members of NTNUI are insured through either IF or Gjensidige. If you have purchased the NSF Swim License, you are insured through Gjensidige, while the training insurance ensures coverage through IF.

It is important to note: The insurances do not cover damages directly or indirectly related to the use of substances or methods covered by NIF’s doping regulations.

Training Insurance – IF

If you have purchased our Training Insurance, you have IF’s Personal Insurance and Sports Insurance. This covers injuries, treatment or operation costs, and sports injuries. You can report a claim on if.no or by phone at 21 49 24 00.

To be covered by the insurance, it is important that you have registered on IF’s website. If you are unsure, you can try logging in here (https://www.if.no/bedrift/logg-inn/mine-sider-ansatte) with BankID. If you cannot access it or cannot find NTNUI’s insurance, it is important to inform the membership officer at svomming-medlem@ntnui.no.

NSF License – Gjensidige

Injuries should be reported immediately to the Injury Hotline at phone number 987 020 33 (every day from 09:00 to 21:00). Everyone who has paid the license fee should have access to the Injury Hotline.
