We are thrilled to welcome you to Trondheim, Norway, for the third edition of our swing dance weekend workshop: Bal’heim 2026! You can look forward to a cozy weekend of classes with amazing instructors, live music and great dancing.

This year, we’re shaking things up by introducing Lindy Hop tracks alongside our Balboa tracks. Our mission has always been – and still is – to grow the Balboa community in Trondheim. We believe the best way to do that is by growing together with the existing Lindy Hop scene.

Our vision is a vibrant dance community where dancers explore and enjoy a variety of swing styles. We’re incredibly lucky to have instructors who share this vision and bring a passion for blending different styles of swing dancing.
