We have open practices through January. Our practice times are still Tuesdays 20:30-22:00 and Thursdays 18:30-20:00. The men’s team practice at Lade both days, while the women’s team is at Lade on Thursdays only until the beginning of February.

No prior knowledge is required and you only need warm enough clothes and cleats or joggers.
