Vilde og Ingrid, som g\u00e5r 3. \u00e5ret p\u00e5 ergoterapi, kommer for \u00e5 snakke litt om holdninger i forhold til mat og trening! Arrangement ligger p\u00e5 Spond. Vel m\u00f8tt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>After spinning on Monday 28.02, we will have a simple supper! Vilde and Ingrid, who are in their third year of occupational therapy, come to talk a bit about attitudes in relation to food and exercise! Event is located at Spond. Well met!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trippel\u00f8kter<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Vi har planlagt 3 trippel\u00f8kter f\u00f8r sommeren; 27.02, 27.03 og 15.05. Mer info ligger p\u00e5 Spond. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We have planned 3 brick-sessions before summer; 27.02, 27.03 and 15.05. More info on Spond. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gudenes natteliv &#8211; forsj for trigruppen<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har opprettet et arrangement i Spond der man kan melde seg p\u00e5 felles forsj f\u00f8r Gudenes Natteliv. Dersom det er veldig mange som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 v\u00e6re med komme vi til \u00e5 dele opp i to eller tre forsj. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We have created an event in Spond where you can sign up for pre-party before the Gudenes Natteliv. If there are many who want to join, we will divide into two or three pre-partys.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dugnader <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u00e5 kunne arrangere ting i l\u00f8pet av \u00e5ret er vi helt avhengig av frivillige som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 hjelpe til. Vi har oppdatert excel-arket under fanen &#8220;dugnader&#8221; hvor man kan skrive seg inn p\u00e5 dugnad. Husk at man m\u00e5 ha 3 dugnadspoeng for \u00e5 kunne s\u00f8ke om refusjon! Oversikten er ikke 100% ferdig og det vil komme flere poser etterhvert. Vi trenger f\u00f8rst og fremst folk til SNM2022 (30. april) og Tr\u00f8ndertri 2022 (7. august). Vi setter veldig stor pris p\u00e5 at dere som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 hjelpe til skriver dere opp s\u00e5 snart som mulig! Vi vil ogs\u00e5 arrangere stasjon\u00e6rvaktkurs, og \u00f8nsker at s\u00e5 mange som mulig vil v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 dette &lt;3! (Kurset er under endring, mer informasjon vil komme senere). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>To be able to arrange things during the year, we are completely dependent on volunteers who want to help. We have updated the excel sheet under the tab &#8220;Dugnad&#8221; where you can sign up for volunteer. Remember that you must have 3 volunteer points to be able to apply for a refund! The overview is not 100% complete and there will be more posts eventually. We first and foremost need people for SNM2022 (30 April) and Tr\u00f8ndertri 2022 (7 August). We really appreciate that you who want to help sign up as soon as possible! We will also arrange station guard courses, and want as many as possible to participate in this &lt;3! (The course is going through changes, more information will come later).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SNM2022<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>SNM 2022 arrangeres 30. april. More information is under the tab &#8220;Student-NM&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sykkel 1.0.2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Som en oppf\u00f8lging p\u00e5 det teoretiske sykkel-kurset vi hadde f\u00f8r jul vil vi f\u00e5 til et grunnleggende praktisk kurs i sykkel-kjelleren f\u00f8r sommeren. Vi vil opprette en avstemning i Spond for \u00e5 finne ut hvilke omr\u00e5der vi skal fokusere p\u00e5. Informasjon om tidspunkt til komme senere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>As a follow-up to the theoretical bicycle course we had before Christmas, we will have a basic practical course in the bike cellar before the summer. We will create a poll in Spond to find out which areas we will focus on.
