Det er f\u00f8rst n\u00e5r man har passert denne linjen at man kan sette seg p\u00e5 sykkelen.<\/li><li>Like etter man har passert mount line skal man ut p\u00e5 trafikkert hovedvei, hvor det er viktig \u00e5 v\u00e6re varsom, b\u00e5de n\u00e5r man starter og avslutter sykkeletappen.<\/li><li>N\u00e5r man har fullf\u00f8rt sykkeletappen m\u00e5 man av sykkelen&nbsp;<strong>f\u00f8r&nbsp;<\/strong>mount line.<\/li><li>Deretter skal man inn i skiftesonen for \u00e5 sette fra seg sykkelen p\u00e5 samme plass som man hentet den og bytte til l\u00f8pet\u00f8y.<\/li><li>Husk evt \u00e5 snu startnummeret n\u00e5r du begynner \u00e5 l\u00f8pe!<\/li><li>Etter det er det bare til \u00e5 fortsette gjennom teknisk sone (oransje) og fullf\u00f8re l\u00f8pel\u00f8ypen f\u00f8r man passer m\u00e5llinjen markert med r\u00f8d mark\u00f8r.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sykkeletappen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Etappen er ca 19km lang og foreg\u00e5r langs Trondheimsfjorden. Start p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nn mark\u00f8r, vending p\u00e5 r\u00f8d mark\u00f8r og ferdig p\u00e5 gr\u00f8nn mark\u00f8r.<\/li><li>Ut\u00f8verne avslutter sykkeletappen ved \u00e5 g\u00e5 av sykkelen&nbsp;<strong>f\u00f8r<\/strong>&nbsp;mount line.<ul><li>Mount line vil v\u00e6re tydelig markert. Ut\u00f8verne skal l\u00f8pe fra skiftesonen til vendepunktet ved Ila to ganger.
