Og med Ironman 70.3 Haugesund knappe to uker unna er det p\u00e5 tide p\u00e5 prikke inn toppformen. Det pr\u00f8ver jeg \u00e5 gj\u00f8re her i Italia, n\u00e6rmere bestemt ved Como-sj\u00f8en. Omr\u00e5det er et eldorado for syklister, men er ogs\u00e5 fullt l\u00f8pbart med mange stier (dog noe bratte).<\/p>\n<p>Har v\u00e6rt her i to dager og f\u00e5tt inn 8,5 timer sykkel og mer enn 6000 h\u00f8ydemeter. Det er h\u00e5rn\u00e5lssvinger s\u00e5 langt \u00f8ye kan se, og utsikten er til tider forstyrrende spektakul\u00e6r. Idag syklet jeg en av verdens mest kjente ruter, Bellagio &#8211; Madonna del Ghisallo. Ruta er ca 9 km med 5,4% stigning i snitt og avsluttes ved sykkelkapellet Madonna del Ghisallo. Antar imidlertid at de klipper bort den tungpustede, svette syklisten i bakgrunnen fra den ferdige filmen!<\/p>\n<p>Den helhetlige planen for treningen her nede er \u00e5 kj\u00f8re kroppen rimelig ned, for \u00e5 s\u00e5 hvile meg i form siste uka f\u00f8r Haugesund. Det inneb\u00e6rer mye tid i terskelsone, men tillater meg ogs\u00e5 \u00e5 kj\u00f8re enkelte partier hardere, for \u00e5 s\u00e5 slippe meg ned p\u00e5 terskel igjen.
