M\u00e5let med TriSprinten er at alle (f. 2008 eller f\u00f8r) som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 teste triatlon skal ha muligheten til dette, og at de som er mer rutinerte f\u00e5r en fin konkurranse p\u00e5 tampen av sesongen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konkurransen er \u00e5pen for alle, ogs\u00e5 dem som ikke er studenter.<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/triatlon\/loypekart\/\"><strong>L\u00f8ypen<\/strong><\/a><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/triatlon\/loypekart\/\"> <\/a>p\u00e5 TriSprinten er identisk med l\u00f8ypen som har blitt brukt under Studentmesterskapet siden 2016, og det er samme <a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/triatlon\/konkurranseregler\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>reglement<\/strong><\/span> <\/a>som gjelder for begge disse konkurransene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00f8sten 2019 ble det for f\u00f8rste gang invitert til paratriatlon p\u00e5 TriSprinten, og reglement for paraklassene kan du finne <a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/triatlon\/konkurranseregler-paratriatlon\/\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">her<\/span><\/strong><\/a>. Vi \u00f8nsker at alle skal ha mulighet til \u00e5 delta p\u00e5 v\u00e5re arrangement, og dersom du ikke helt vet om du kan v\u00e6re med &#8211; <a href=\"mailto:triatlon-leder@ntnui.no\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>gi oss en lyd<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, s\u00e5 finner vi en l\u00f8sning!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u00e5r arrangerer vi ogs\u00e5 f\u00f8lgestafett for tredje gang! Dette betyr at det er mulig \u00e5 melde seg p\u00e5 som lag med 3 personer, der en person sv\u00f8mmer, en sykler og en l\u00f8per!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INFORMASJON class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sv\u00f8mming:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trisprinten:<br><\/strong>Sv\u00f8mmingen foreg\u00e5r innend\u00f8rs i Pirbadet, og det sv\u00f8mmes i 50m-baner. Det vil v\u00e6re 4-5 personer per bane, og det vil sv\u00f8mmes i to baner samtidig. Det vil ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en egen oppvarmingsbane (25m) som kan benyttes f\u00f8r man begynner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heatene vil v\u00e6re delt etter innmeldte sv\u00f8mmetider, der de antatt raskeste starter f\u00f8rst. Innmelding av tider skal gj\u00f8res samtidig som p\u00e5meldingen. <br><br><strong>Paraklasse:<\/strong><br>Sv\u00f8mmingen foreg\u00e5r innend\u00f8rs i Pirbadet, og det sv\u00f8mmes i 25- eller 50m-baner, alt etter hva ut\u00f8veren selv \u00f8nsker. Det vil ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en egen oppvarmingsbane a 25m som kan brukes f\u00f8r man begynner. Det er lov for ut\u00f8veren \u00e5 bruke hjelpepersonell eller hjelpeutstyr slik som pullbuoy, sv\u00f8mmebelte, eller annet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sykkel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TriSprinten:<br><\/strong>Basert p\u00e5 tidene fra sv\u00f8mmingen blir det jaktstart p\u00e5 syklingen. Etappen g\u00e5r tur\/retur Ilsvika-Flakk, og er ca 19 km. Husk at man kj\u00f8rer p\u00e5 landevei, og det vil v\u00e6re \u00e5pent for vanlig trafikk. Merk ogs\u00e5 at vi har \u00e9n klasse for landevei\/tempo og \u00e9n for \u201candre sykler\u201d. Det er med andre ord veldig innafor \u00e5 stille p\u00e5 sykkelen du har st\u00e5ende i boden!<br><br><strong>Paraklasse:<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/triatlon\/loypekart\/\">Etappen&nbsp;<\/a>g\u00e5r tur\/retur Ilsvika, og er ca. 10km. Merk at man kj\u00f8rer p\u00e5 landevei, og det vil v\u00e6re \u00e5pent for vanlig trafikk. Alle sykler er velkommen, b\u00e5de med og uten hjelpemotor. Les&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/triatlon\/konkurranseregler-paratriatlon\/\">konkurranseregler&nbsp;<\/a>for merking av sykkel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f8p<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TriSprinten:<br><\/strong>Etter syklingen kommer man inn til T2, og her setter man fra seg sykkelen, og g\u00e5r direkte videre til l\u00f8p. L\u00f8peetappen g\u00e5r over to runder fra Ilsvika til Ila, og er totalt ca. 4,5 km.<br><br><strong>Paraklasse:<\/strong><br>Etter syklingen kommer man inn til T2 (skiftesone), og her setter man fra seg sykkelen, og g\u00e5r direkte videre til l\u00f8p. Ut\u00f8veren kan ha hjelper som bist\u00e5r ut\u00f8veren fra sykkel til eventuell rullestol eller liknende.
