Come by for coffee or pancakes after a trip in Bymarka, relax in the sauna or the cold-water tub, grab something cold at the beer hut, play board games in the fireside lounge, or just have a nice day at Hytta!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hytta is open to everyone from Saturday morning until the last bus leaves around 5:30 PM. Feel free to drop by any time, but if you’d like pancake dinner, please let us know via the form at least four hours in advance. We always make a bit of extra food, but it’s best if as many as possible sign up beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you take on one of the volunteer tasks, you’re also welcome to stay overnight in the dormitories in the loft at Hytta, where we have 40 beds with mattresses, duvets, and pillows. Beds are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis (by placing your sleeping bag\/bedding on the bed and adding your name to the dormitory list).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of overnight spots is therefore limited to those helping out over the course of the weekend. Members of Hyttegruppa always get a spot, and can bring friends along. Read more about Hyttegruppa here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember that Hytta is run on a voluntary basis, and everyone needs to pitch in to keep it a nice place to be. So clean up after yourself after meals, and make your bed after staying overnight. If you’d like to help out with something, sign up for tasks in the registration form or let one of us on cabin-host duty know when you’re at Hytta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
