I de siste \u00e5rene har dermed mange kommet p\u00e5 banen med litt enklere julemat. Julemat du kan lage p\u00e5 kort tid mens ungene klager og farmor forteller om Munch-museet. Merk at sistnevnte kun f\u00e5es i 8-pack. Sleng oppi p\u00f8lsa <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Her starter magien. En p\u00f8lse er ikke som en biff. Den kan ikke stekes p\u00e5 \u00abbegge\u00bb sider. En p\u00f8lse m\u00e5 stekes p\u00e5 ALLE sidene, og den har uendelig med sider. Derfor m\u00e5 du finne en balanse mellom \u00e5 arbeide med p\u00f8lsa samt \u00e5 arbeide mot p\u00f8lsa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. P\u00f8lsa skal gjennomvarmes. Den skal ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 en god stekefarge. Jeg brukte en 12-13 \u00e5r p\u00e5 \u00e5 l\u00e6re meg dette slik at p\u00f8lsa ble perfekt, s\u00e5 f\u00f8rst i 15-\u00e5rsdagen min stekte jeg p\u00f8lsene sj\u00e6l. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-column ab-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"ab-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<p>5. Overf\u00f8r p\u00f8lsa til en kald og god lompe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Smak til med salt og pepper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Ketchup og sennep. Her skal du faktisk f\u00e5 bestemme litt selv. Skal man g\u00e5 tur-retur? Skal man pushe seg til tur-retur-tur? Eller skal man kun kj\u00f8re tur, men med mellomlanding? Jeg sverger til tur-retur-tur p\u00e5 ketchupen og tur-retur p\u00e5 sennepen. Gj\u00f8r det som funker for deg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Rull sammen lompa. Ekte kunstere bruker sennep som lim p\u00e5 lompa, slik at den ikke \u00e5pner seg om du ikke holder p\u00e5 den. Ikke ketchup. Sennep har betydelig h\u00f8yere viskositet, rundt 600 cP. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Nyt p\u00f8lsa i godt lag. Gjerne med hele familien. Sett p\u00e5 en god julefilm.
