Allerede fra og med uke 3 (alts\u00e5 mandag 13.januar) smeller vi i NTNUI Roing i gang med v\u00e5r NYE mosjons\u00f8kt!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her er litt info om \u00f8kta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Romaskin intervaller <\/strong>(Gruppe: NTNUI Roing)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tidspunkt og sted: <\/strong>Mandag 08.00-09.30 i Armfeldtsalen, Idrettsbygget<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Timebeskrivelse: <\/strong>Romaskin intervaller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er en h\u00f8yintensitets\u00f8kt hvor intervallene vil variere fra 1-5 min hvor det vil kj\u00f8res mellom 5 og 8 intervaller. Timen vil begynne med oppvarming og teknikk demonstrasjon fra en instrukt\u00f8r fra NTNUI roing. Armfeldtsalen, Idrettsbygget<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description <\/strong>Ergometer intervals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a high intensity training session. The intervals will vary between 1 to 5 minutes and will repeated 5-8 times depending on the interval. The session will start with a warmup and technique demonstration by an instructor from NTNUI Roing.
