Annenhver tirsdag vil det v\u00e6re fokus p\u00e5 grunnleggende teknikk, hvor det f\u00f8rste kvarteret av \u00f8kten vil ha et rent teknisk fokus f\u00f8r det vi bli kj\u00f8rt en kort intervall\u00f8kt p\u00e5 3x5min eller lignende.
