New semester! And the yearly annual meeting which will be held Monday January 27th at 8:00 pm. This is our most important meeting throughout the year so we hope you will prioritize our meeting! They will replace the remaining board this semester. For the election process it&#8217;s put togheter a group &#8211; the election committee &#8211; which consists of  <em>Anna Liv L. Aasen<\/em>, <em>Erlend Hansen<\/em>, <em>Cl\u00e9ment Suberchicot<\/em> and<em> Karoline Hammer<\/em>. This group works with electing candidates for the board and will evaluate them by doing some interviews in advance of the meeting. The election committee will propose a new board at the meeting which we will vote on afterwards. Here is an overview to explain some duties!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:20px;font-family:Times New Roman;text-transform:uppercase\" class=\"has-custom-size has-custom-font has-custom-transform\"><strong>Leader<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Lead<\/li><li>Contact for the board<\/li><li> Make sure the rest of the board is fulfilling their responsibilities <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;text-transform:uppercase\" class=\"has-custom-font has-custom-transform\"> <strong>Second in command <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Support leader<\/li><li>Member registration<\/li><li>Writing meeting reports <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Times New Roman\" class=\"has-custom-font\"><strong>ACCOUNTING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Check the physical mail shelf<\/li><li>Budget: Making a budget together with the board and making sure it is followed.<\/li><li>Evaluate invoices, and pay the ones that should be paid.<\/li><li>Refund members that have prepaid (accepted costs)<\/li><li>Apply for financial support<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Times New Roman\" class=\"has-custom-font\"><strong>EVENTS BOARD MEMBER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Any sports event that we decide to have<\/li><li>First aid and security at events<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;text-transform:uppercase\" class=\"has-custom-font has-custom-transform\"><strong>Sports coordinator <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage trainers and first aid for trainings<\/li><li>Facilities (track, gym, keys)<\/li><li>Announce trainings<\/li><li>Competitions (encourage signing up)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;text-transform:uppercase\" class=\"has-custom-font has-custom-transform\"><strong>InformatioN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Storage of files (Google Drive, binders)<\/li><li>Communication checkup<\/li><li>Promoting<\/li><li>Web pages, social media (instagram, facebook)<\/li><li>Clothing in the group<\/li><li>Hjalmar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-family:Times New Roman;text-transform:uppercase\" class=\"has-custom-font has-custom-transform\"><strong>Social<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Social events<\/li><li>Balancing variety of events<\/li><li>Encouraging members to arrange and participate in social events<\/li><li>Analysing the social situation in the group<\/li><li>Beermile (spring and fall)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The board works together and split up the tasks.
