Uansett om du har satt deg et nytt\u00e5rsforsett eller ikke, bli med oss \u00e5 kickstarte semesteret med &#8220;New Years Resolution Week!&#8221;. Fra mandag til l\u00f8rdag i uke 3 (14.01-19.01) vil det foreg\u00e5 aktiviteter hver dag hvor du bestemmer selv hva du vil v\u00e6re med p\u00e5. Ultra intervaller inneb\u00e6rer rolig l\u00f8ping for en time, deretter to timer pause f\u00f8r man l\u00f8per i en time igjen. Starten g\u00e5r fredag kl. 1400 og hver intervall starter deretter 17:00, 20:00, 23:00, 02:00, 05:00, 08:00 og siste 11:00.
