Vi l\u00f8per i underkant av en time utend\u00f8rs i rolig tempo. Dette er en fin \u00f8kt for de som ikke har l\u00f8pt s\u00e5 mye f\u00f8r, men passer ogs\u00e5 bra som en rolig mengdetrenings\u00f8kt for mer erfarne l\u00f8pere. Vi deler opp i fire grupper, som l\u00f8per 6 km, 8 km, 10 km og 12 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oppm\u00f8te:<\/strong> Foran hovedbygget Gl\u00f8shaugen 17.30<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-image-fill-element is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:28px\"><strong>Onsdag &#8211; Intervaller<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">P\u00e5 onsdager kj\u00f8rer vi p\u00e5 med ulike former for intervalltrening. Vi deler oss opp i langdistanse, mellomdistanse og sprint. Hvilke \u00f8velser vi har varierer mellom hver uke, men det kan v\u00e6re alt fra lengdehopp, hekk og h\u00f8yde, til kule, spyd og startblokktrening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u00f8yeblikket er det manglende kompetanse og interesse for disse \u00f8ktene.
