What do I have to do to become a member of NTNUI Friidrett?

You can show up to trainings – any time! You have to be a member in NTNUI. A membership can be bought at any Sit training centre. See more information about becoming a Sit member at Sit: SIT MEMBERSHIP

But athletics consists of so many different exercises. What are you doing at the trainings?

Yes, that’s right. Athletics consists of a number of exercises like jumping, running and throwing. NTNUI Friidrett is mostly doing running. If you would like to do anything else than running, please contact us and we will consider the possibility!

I don’t think I’m fit enough to join the club

Yes, you are! We are runners at different levels. Some of us run to be social and some of us run to achieve a goal. We always divide into groups of different distance or pace so that everyone have someone to run with.
