DESCRIPTION:Join us for one of our weekly trainings with NTNUI friidrett. The Wednesday track intervals is the perfect opportunity if you want to become a faster runner or generally want to get in a better shape. 🏃 🏃‍♀️ \nMeetup at Øya stadion at 19:00\, and then we will do some running drills as part of the warm up. We do recommend warming up/jogging a few minutes before the collective drills to prevent injury.  \nWe will divide the group in sprint\, middle- and long-distance.\n–	Sprint will start technique drills\, and move on to shorter sprint repetitions\n–	Middle-distance will do 12-16 x 400 meters at Speed Pace\, 3 minute recovery jog between each repetition\n–	Long-distance will do 8 x 1000m  \nNote that you control the training and paces yourself\, and don’t have to complete all repetitions if you become tired or are new to interval training. \nIf you have any questions\, don’t hesitate to contact us (here or by message)\, and we will be happy to help ☺  \nNB: By participating this event you will accept to be photographed\, the images can be freely used by NTNUI in marketing and sharing with partners/media\, if you wish not to be photographed you need to report this to the event organizers and/or the photographer.
