DESCRIPTION:Meet up outside Trondheim spektrum. \nWe will split up into groups for long-distance\, middle-distance and sprints. Then we are warming up. \nThe plan for the different distances is the following:\n– Sprint: 4×5 100m\, 1x 150m\, 1x 300m\n– Middle: 1000\, 800\, 600\, 400\, 200 – 200\, 400\, 600\, 800\, 1000\n– Long: 8x “langrunden” ~1200m \nOne of the groups in each distance will have shorter breaks between the intervals.
