Our beginner courses are open for registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have two courses. One on Wednesdays and one on Saturdays. The course will run over a two-week period and will be held in  the Aerobic room at Dragvoll Idrettssenter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MazeMap:\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/link.mazemap.com\/0STPUBDC?fbclid=IwAR3G3VyjgzzHq5-1AYoem_9_o5ViypnTDe1vjWnWwo_sKCiMndnYwSNYb3E\" target=\"_blank\"><u>https:\/\/link.mazemap.com\/0STPUBDC<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Wednesday course will be on the 6<sup>th<\/sup> and 13<sup>th<\/sup> of September from 19:30 to 21:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Saturday course will be on the 9<sup>th<\/sup> and 16<sup>th<\/sup> of September from 13:00-15:00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All you need to bring is training clothes, indoor shoes, and a water bottle. If the course is full, or you are busy on the course dates, register on the waiting list or just join one of our other trainings.
