We work behind the scenes with administrative work, so that the coaches can focus on holding good practices and preparing their teams for competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a board member, we are all responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To have an overview of the laws and regulations that the group must follow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping an eye on safety during practice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be a good role model<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have any criticism or praise for the board about our work, practices, or other issues you want us to address at the next board meeting.
