{"id":4902,"date":"2025-12-30T20:00:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-30T20:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/badminton\/?p=4902"},"modified":"2025-12-31T11:38:02","modified_gmt":"2025-12-31T11:38:02","slug":"new-spond-group","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/badminton\/en\/2025\/12\/30\/new-spond-group\/","title":{"rendered":"New Spond Group + Level Structure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Hi everyone, We have now created a new Spond group for spring 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Join here: <a href=\"https:\/\/spond.com\/invite\/FXIAQ\">https:\/\/spond.com\/invite\/FXIAQ<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Use Spond code: FXIAQ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New this year is that there are no longer Level 1 and Level 2, but instead levels A, B, and C. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level Structure in the Club<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Level C \u2013 Beginner Level<\/strong><br>This level is for players who mainly train to have fun. Most players in this group want to play matches during practice, and there is little focus on development and technique. Anyone can be placed at this level, including completely new players.<br>There will be no coach-led sessions at Level C \u2013 the focus is on play, well-being, and enjoyment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Level B \u2013 Intermediate Level<\/strong><br>This level is for players who have not learned everything yet but want to develop and improve. Any player with a desire to get better can be placed here.<br>At Level B, more structured training is introduced, including exercises such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Feeding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Different types of shots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shot variation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doubles rotations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, play and training are combined to build skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Level A \u2013 Advanced Level<\/strong><br>This level is for the most experienced players in the club. Players at this level have a good understanding of feeding, master doubles play at a solid level, and can vary their shots effectively.<br>Extra focus is placed on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When and how different shots should be used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The difference between doubles and singles play<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More intensive training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Doubles play is prioritized, as this is what is mostly used during training sessions.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advancement and Assessment<\/strong><br>The coaches ultimately decide whether players should be moved up a level, as they have the best overview of the differences in playing level.<br>It is always possible to contact the head of sports to ask what is required in order to be promoted to the next level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Everyone who was in Level 1 last semester will be placed in Level A. The same applies to Level 2\u2014everyone will be placed in Level B (For players who want to develop, participate in tournaments, and actively contribute to the club). If you do not wish to be in Level B and would prefer to be moved to Level C, that is of course completely fine. In that case, please send a message to Martin \u00d8stensen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All levels have the opportunity to take part in all social events that are organized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get access to the Spond group, you must have paid: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Membership fee: NOK 100 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training fee: NOK 400 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level C: Pays only the membership fee of NOK 100 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level A + B: Pays membership fee of NOK 100 + training fee of NOK 400 = NOK 500 total <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More information regarding this change can be found in the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting 2025, which are available here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/badminton\/referater\/\">https:\/\/ntnui.no\/badminton\/referater\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can pay here: <a href=\"https:\/\/ntnui.no\/badminton\/nettbutikk\/ \">https:\/\/ntnui.no\/badminton\/nettbutikk\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will get access to the Spond group after the payment has been made and verified.
